Q. What parts of our Resort are clothing optional?
A. Only our heated pool and the surrounding area are clothing optional.

Q. Can Non-residents obtain a Day Pass to use our facilities?
A. Use of our facilities is restricted to our guests and their friends.

Q. Does the Palm Plaza Resort have a hot tub?
A. We do not have a hot tub. Hower our pool is adequately heated and open 24 hours a day!

Q. Do we provide Shuttle service to and from Airports/Ports?
A. We do not provide Shuttle Services. However, an approximate taxi fare from/to Fort Lauderdale International Airport is $16 and from/to Port Everglades is $10.
There is also "SuperShuttle" service from the FLL and MIA airports. Their telephone number is (954) 764-1700 or their Toll Free number: 1-800-BLUE-VAN.

Q. What are the Check-In / Check-Out times?
A. Check-In time is 3pm and Check-Out time is 11am. However, times are flexible and depend on availability. Check with Front Desk 24 hours prior to arrival regarding check-in and the previous evening regarding check-out.

Q. Do we have "Non-Smoking" rooms?
A. All of our rooms are strictly NON-SMOKING. We provide plenty of ashtrays for smoking outside.

Q. Are we Pet Friendly?
A. Sorry but we do not allow pets in our rooms.

Q. Can our guests bring visitors?
A. Of course :-) As many as they like, as long as they remain with them at all times, while in our property.

Q. Are tips included?
A. According to American custom, no gratuity will be added to your bill. We leave it up to your discretion to reward our hard working, professional, extremely courteous and friendly staff with the $ amount of your choice.

Q. Do we organize any Special Events?
A. We provide our guests with a fabulous tropical landscape, complete with a heated clothing optional pool, lounge chairs, hammock, outdoor gas BBQ, outdoor speakers playing a variety of great music selections, appropriately distributed throughout the day. Now complete the picture with our guests socializing in that atmosphere under the warm tropical sun or the playful moonlight and presto: you have a special memorable event in it's own right!

Q. Do we provide Parking?
A. We provide complimentary off-street Parking for all our guests.

Q. Do we provide Breakfast?
A. We provide all our guests with a complimentary daily breakfast basket placed in their rooms the previous day, so that it can be easily accessed any time they wish to have their breakfast. It consists of muffin, yogurt, juice and fruit. In addition, we have ample packets of regular and decaf coffee, tea, sugar, sweeteners, creamer and coffee makers, so our guests can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea anytime during the day or night.

Q. Is our property wheelchair accessible?
A. Unfortunately our resort is not configured for handicapped access.
